Jerry J. Guerin, Chairman

Jerry serves as our Chairman. Jerry and his wife Philomena have lived in Cedar Creek for the past ten years. They have two children, Joseph and Fiona, who live in Hilton Head and a grandson, Michael Sean, who just graduated from the University of Missouri in Rolla, MO. Jerry served in the U. S. Army for six years and is a Vietnam Era Veteran. He worked in the Pharmaceutical Business for 35 years, the last ten as Director of Federal Government Sales and Contracts. He is past president of AMSUS (The Association of Military Surgeons of the United States).

Dr. Mike Vasovski, Second Vice Chairman

Dr. Mike Vasovski is a 56 year old general practice physician. He has been married to Cindy Vasovski for 31 years and they have 2 children. He has practiced medicine in Aiken, South Carolina for 24 years and prior to that served 6 years in the US Army medical corp. He is a 1976 graduate of Texas A&M University and considers South Carolina his home. In 2010 he was a candidate in the Republican primary for the 3rd Congressional District's US House of Representative's seat in Congress. The political website Red State.com in its review of candidates, listed Dr. Vasovski as "a physician and Ron Paul activist", both 100% correct statements.

Ken Goad, Treasurer

Ken Goad, a former Chairman of the Aiken County Republican Party, serves as our Treasurer. He was born and raised in the state o f Washington. He served four years in the US Air Force and is a graduate of Coe College. Ken arrived Aiken in 1971 to construct and operate the Nuclear Fuel Reprocessing Plant in Barnwell. He joined Du Pont in 1979 and retired from the Savannah River Site in 1993. Appointed by the Governor, he served on the South Carolina Commission of Higher Education for eight years and the Commission Chairman of South Carolina Technical Colleges for one year. He married his wife Jeanette in 1997.
